1. General provisions & Terms

3. Ordering

3.3. When ordering through the Operator, the Customer shall provide the information specified in paragraph 3.2. of this Contract. 4. The terms of the Order

4.1. The turnaround time depends on the availability of the ordered Goods at the warehouse of the Seller and the time required for Order processing. The execution of an Order in exceptional cases it may be agreed with the Customer individually, depending on the characteristics and quantity of the ordered Goods. 5. Payment

5.3. Payment will be accepted in two ways: cash, non-cash payment. In case of cash payment the Customer receives a receipt as proof of purchase. 6. Delivery

6.1. The obligation of the Seller to deliver the Goods with the condition on its delivery is considered completed from the moment of signing by the Customers of shipping documents.

7. Cancellation and Refund
