High Point team has chosen Valentine’s day theme for collaboration because February 14th  concures with historical date, when in 1912  Arizona was included in US. It’s the reason why people call 48th US State as “Valentine’s State”.

1. General provisions & Terms

1.1. Individual Entrepreneur Kashirina Margarita Evgenievna, "Seller" publishes a public offer for the sale of goods on the samples indicated on the official website of the Seller brandshop.ru
1.2. In accordance with article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CCRF) this document is a public offer, and in case of acceptance of the below terms of physical person making the acceptance of this offer, shall pay for the Goods the Seller in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with paragraph 3 of article 438 of the civil code, payment of the Goods by the Customer is an acceptance of the offer, which is equivalent to the conclusion of the Contract on the terms stated in the offer.
1.3. On the basis of the above written text (1.1, 1.2), read the text of the public offer, and if you disagree with any part of the offer, You are encouraged to withdraw from the purchase of Goods or use of Services provided by the Seller.
1.4. In this offer, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings: "Offer" - a public offer of the Seller, addressed to any person (citizen), to conclude with them the contract of purchase and sale (the "Agreement") on the existing terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, including all its applications. 2. The subject of the contract

2.1. The Seller sells the Goods in accordance with the current price list published on the website of the Seller "brandshop.ru" and the Customer shall pay and accept the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. This Contract and its annexes are official documents of the Seller and integral part of the offer.

3. Ordering

3.1. The order of Goods by the Customer through the website n9ss.ru.
3.2. When Customer registers on the Internet site of the Seller, the Customer shall provide the following registration information about yourself: - surname, name; - delivery address; - e-mail address; - phone number.
3.3. When ordering through the Operator, the Customer shall provide the information specified in paragraph 3.2. of this Contract. Customer's acceptance of the terms of this Contract shall be made by the Purchaser of the relevant data in the registration form on the website or when Ordering through the Operator. The Customer has the right to edit your registration information about yourself. The operator does not change or edit the registration information about the Customer without the consent. 3.4. The seller and the Operator are not responsible for the content or accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when ordering.
3.5. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering.
3.6. Self payment order on the website, constitutes Сustomer's acceptance to the terms of this Contract. The day of payment is the date of conclusion of the Contract of sale between the seller and the Buyer.
3.7. All information submitted on the website brandshop.ru is for reference only and may not fully convey reliable information about specific properties and characteristics of the Goods. In case of the Customer's questions concerning the properties and characteristics of the Product before ordering it is necessary to consult with the Operator.

4. The terms of the Order

4.1. The turnaround time depends on the availability of the ordered Goods at the warehouse of the Seller and the time required for Order processing. The execution of an Order in exceptional cases it may be agreed with the Customer individually, depending on the characteristics and quantity of the ordered Goods. In the absence of part of the Order at the warehouse of the Seller, including for reasons not dependent on the latter, the Seller is entitled to cancel the specified Product from the Customer's Order. The seller shall notify the Customer about the change in the completeness of his Order through the Operator.
4.2. An order is considered delivered at the moment of its transfer to the Customer. Signing in sheet courier, the Customer confirms the execution of the Order.
4.3. If the Customer has provided inaccurate contact information the Seller of improper execution of the Order is not responsible.
4.4. In case of improper execution of the delivery Order by the fault of the Seller to re-Order delivery is free of charge.

5. Payment

5.1. Prices for all items of the Goods listed on the Internet site "n9ss.ru” can be changed by the Seller in its sole discretion without notice to the Customer. In case of price changes on ordered items of the Goods, the Operator shall promptly inform the Buyer of such change. The Customer may confirm or cancel the Order. In the absence of communication with the Customer an Order is cancelled within 14 calendar days from the date of registration.
5.2. All orders with delivery in Russia, must be agreed with the Operator.
5.3. Payment will be accepted in two ways: cash, non-cash payment. In case of cash payment the Customer receives a receipt as proof of purchase. In case of cashless payments, as in the case of purchases using credit cards or electronic money, the Customer receives an e-check (order form) to the specified in the purchase email.

6. Delivery

6.1. The obligation of the Seller to deliver the Goods with the condition on its delivery is considered completed from the moment of signing by the Customers of shipping documents.
6.2. Ownership of the Goods and the risks of accidental injury and/or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Customer from the moment of actual transfer of the Goods and signing the shipping documents upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer.
6.3. Shipping cost and conditions are listed on the company website in the section delivery.

7. Cancellation and Refund

7.1. You can refuse the goods ordered at any time prior to its receipt, the transfer of the goods by the courier, and after the receipt - within 7 calendar days. (according to the Decree of the RF Government on 27.09.07 No. 612).
7.2. The Customer may not refuse paid Order (or part thereof) of good quality, having specific properties.
7.3. 9.2. The seller may assign its rights and duties under Orders to third parties.
9.3. The seller reserves the right to record telephone conversations with the Customer. According to p. 4 tbsp. 16 of the Federal law "On information, information technologies and information protection" Seller agrees: to prevent unauthorized access to information and/or the transfer of its entities not directly relevant to the execution of Orders; to promptly detect and suppress such facts. Telephone conversations are recorded in order to monitor the activities of the Operator and quality control of execution of Orders.
9.4. The ownership of the Order, as well as the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer from the moment of signing of the instrument of acceptance of the delivered goods.
9.5. All claims for improper execution of the order the Customer shall send to the email address specified on the website brandshop.ru in the section "Contact information". All incoming information is processed in the shortest possible time.
